Records Management Services has been a contractor for the Office of the Comptroller for the Currency, U.S. Department of the Treasury for two years. During that time they have always delivered extremely professional and efficient service. We started our contract with RMS with bi-weekly shredding service but when we noticed that we were needing more pick-ups, RMS was willing to come as often as we needed. They were very flexible on the pick- days, times and frequency. Anytime I had a question, they were able to provide answers and/or solutions rapidly. When we needed extra document bins, they never hesitated to provide more equipment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RMS to anyone who requires document shredding. We began using RMS in 2011 and I wish we would have started sooner.

I work for the Election Board in Washington County and we are permitted to dispose of election documents and voter change of addresses after a certain amount of time. I can’t tell you what a relief it is to know that our important election documents and confidential voter information is being shredded by RMS and that someone isn’t going through our trash at the local landfill. It is one less thing that I need to worry about.

The people at RMS (Jim and Teresa) are wonderful to work with. They adjusted our shredding schedule based on our needs. They are always courteous and professional. I have no complaints.

Why do business with RMS? – Truthfully, at the time we signed up, you were the only one to call me back! There were only a couple vendors in the area at the time and we knew we were ready to start outsourcing our shredding. Your sales rep at the time immediately responded and came to our site with a proposal that was perfect for our needs at the time.

Why do we continue to do business with RMS? – The biggest reason is the level of service. Everyone has been responsive to questions or concerns that we may have had. Any time we’ve requested something special, the request was accommodated on the next run. The drivers are very professional and do an excellent job of getting in and out with minimal disruption. Communication has always been excellent as well. Anytime a run has to be changed, notification is given well in advance so we can plan for the change.
